Great experience from start to finish. I needed to demo a closet. A team member evaluated the project and send me a quote the same day with a line by line cost. I was able to book for the job to be completed the same week and we planned for a 7am start time. The team arrived exactly at 7am. I received updates throughout the day and was told the job would be done by 5:30pm everything was complete and clean by 5:15pm. I really appreciate the communication throughout and the punctuality. Overall a great job and will definitely be who I contact in the future for additional work.

The services I received from United Builders DC was professional, fast, and quality service. I felt really frustrated with trying to find someone to repair and remodel my home. I was skeptical at first because of the lack of professionalism I had dealt with just trying to get this work done. Julio and his team came in and explained in detail materials I needed to choose from based on my needs first and wants last. This is why I choose them the patience and time they took to clarify each process was a class act for me. I felt comfortable in my home and when they were finished they were truly missed.

I've worked with dozens of GC's in both my personal and professional life, and Julio Guzman (& his son) with United Builders is by far the best and the one you're going to want on your home project. Everything with them was turnkey, easy, timely and pricing was always fair. I couldn't believe how fast they renovated my master bathroom and kitchen. A majority of it was done in 2.5 weeks...and this was a full gutting, start-from-scratch project. They started the same day we signed the contract too. Julio was always there with insightful (but never pushy) suggestions for other ways we could improve the project and he really helped us make our Capitol Hill house a home. He genuinely felt like a partner on the project with us. He even coordinated with a cabinet company, being a liaison for us and making some really great suggestions for our new cabinets (which were half the price of any cabinets I found elsewhere). He also picked up miscellaneous projects for us that we found while they were in our home, never once complaining and quickly returning fair pricing whenever we needed anything. And any issues were always same or next day addressed. My only wish is that I would have used them for earlier projects as well (flooring and painting throughout my new home) because of how fast they were and how thorough they were to close out the final punch list items. Their vendors are the best and perfectionists in their crafts. Will definitely use them going forward for all our home improvement projects... both large and small.

Without a doubt, a 5 stars review and the highest recommendation for any construction/ renovation project! Julio, and the entire United Builders DC, were exceptionally proficient and professional during our entire two month home renovation project. Our project included updating our recently purchased home's original 1960s era kitchen and two bathrooms. Julio was incredibly patient with my wife and I as we went through several iterations of kitchen layouts and worked with his cabinet & countertop suppliers to get us very competitive prices. The original scope of our project didn't include the bathrooms but we were so happy with the kitchen that we opted to include them as well. We will definitely seek out Julio and United Builders DC for future projects and highly recommend them for any construction/ renovation project you may have.
